My Journey
For most of my career, I worked in the HR field. I enjoyed helping people and supporting them through important decisions, but over time I began to feel that God was calling me in a different direction.
At first, I wasn't sure what that meant. I continued pursuing the opportunities that seemed logical and familiar, believing that if I worked hard enough, the right door would eventually open. Instead, I found myself in a long season of uncertainty. Time after time, I came close to new opportunities only to see them slip away. It was frustrating, discouraging, and at times left me wondering what God was trying to show me.
During that season, something unexpected happened. I kept crossing paths with people whose faith was alive and growing. Their relationship with God challenged me to look more closely at my own. What began as a search for answers gradually became a deeper journey of faith.
Looking back, I can see that God was teaching me lessons I still carry with me today: that I don't need to have everything figured out, that I don't need to control every outcome, and that I can trust Him even when I can't yet see the path ahead.
When coaching continued to appear on my heart, I eventually stopped resisting and chose to explore it. The more I learned, the more I realized it was a natural extension of who I have always been. I've long been the person others come to when they need someone to listen, reflect, and walk alongside them through life's challenges and decisions.
Today, I feel grateful to combine that calling with my faith. My desire is to create a space where women can slow down, reconnect with God, gain clarity, and move forward with greater peace, confidence, and trust in His guidance.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6
My Approach
Faith is central to my practice; however, coaching isn’t about imposing any specific beliefs upon you. It’s about creating a safe space for you to explore how your faith and values influence your decisions. Together, we’ll align our work with your beliefs—free from pressure or judgment.
Change doesn’t have to occur overnight. My approach emphasizes small, sustainable steps that feel manageable and resonate with your pace. We’ll progress patiently, allowing time for reflection and personal growth.
Many women I work with express feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, or a constant sense of being “on edge,” even when their lives appear stable externally. My approach fosters an environment to slow down, uncover the root of that discomfort, and respond with intention instead of pressure. We focus on cultivating greater awareness, steadiness, and trust—in yourself and, if significant to you, in God's presence in your life. This journey isn’t about eliminating anxiety or fixing you; it’s about learning to face it with compassion, wisdom, and practical tools that encourage calm and clarity. Coaching provides a space to reflect, articulate what feels tangled, and take small, grounded steps forward— so that anxiety no longer dictates your decisions.
