My Journey

For most of my career, I worked in the HR field. While I value the work and the people I serve, I sensed that I was being called in a different direction. One thing was clear: I wanted to continue helping people—and I wanted God to be at the center of whatever came next.

This didn’t mean imposing my faith on anyone, but it did mean that I needed my work to be aligned with it. I wanted clarity, peace, and a genuine sense that this next step had God’s “green light,” not something decided in haste.

Coaching had been on my mind for months—quietly persistent, gently but consistently calling for my attention. Eventually, I stopped resisting and began to explore it more intentionally. A year later, after completing my coaching credentials, everything began to make sense. The work felt natural, meaningful, and deeply aligned with who I am.

I’ve always been someone others turn to—to listen, reflect, and walk through decisions together. Coaching felt like a natural extension of that gift, allowing me to support women as they navigate uncertainty, anxiety, and important life and work choices.

My journey is still unfolding, and I’m grateful to walk it alongside women like you—creating space for clarity, calm, and faith-centered discernment.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6

My Approach

Faith is central to my practice; however, coaching isn’t about imposing any specific beliefs upon you. It’s about creating a safe space for you to explore how your faith and values influence your decisions. Together, we’ll align our work with your beliefs—free from pressure or judgment.

Change doesn’t have to occur overnight. My approach emphasizes small, sustainable steps that feel manageable and resonate with your pace. We’ll progress patiently, allowing time for reflection and personal growth.

Many women I work with express feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, or a constant sense of being “on edge,” even when their lives appear stable externally. My approach fosters an environment to slow down, uncover the root of that discomfort, and respond with intention instead of pressure. We focus on cultivating greater awareness, steadiness, and trust—in yourself and, if significant to you, in God's presence in your life. This journey isn’t about eliminating anxiety or fixing you; it’s about learning to face it with compassion, wisdom, and practical tools that encourage calm and clarity.Coaching provides a space to reflect, articulate what feels tangled, and take small, grounded steps forward—so that anxiety no longer dictates your decisions.
